Hear about the work of the Infrastructure Planning Commission, the negotiations at Copenhagen and from the regulators on applying civil penalties. The UKELA 2010 conference will gather leading speakers from the public and private sectors with a full programme of lectures and field visits, dinner at Powderham Castle, working party, Wild Law and academic sessions. Field visits to:
