Rosie Oliver
Working Party support contractor. Rosie is a solicitor who has practised in environmental law for over 6 years. She has worked in Defra's water team largely advising on the negotiation and implementation of EC legislation. Before that she was in the planning judicial review team at the Treasury Solicitor's Department.
Her priorities with UKELA will be working with the Water, Environmental Litigation and Climate Change working parties.

Membership Secretary
Andy Barker at the Chartered Instutition for Wastes Management looks after UKELA's membership administration. CIWM handles renewals, new joiners, Gift Aid and all other aspects of subscriptions for UKELA.
