Platinum Sponsors’ hubs – Friday 18 June from 3pm
Landmark Chambers
Landmark Chambers are pleased to bring you 2 events. The first is a virtual event via the Zoom platform from 2pm to 2.40pm. Please join them for a short, informal, debate on the future of the Habitats Regulations. Four Landmark juniors will briefly present some opposing arguments on the proposed reforms over the course of 20 minutes, after which they will open up the floor for discussion.
You are also invited to join Landmark Chambers in person for relaxed and informal networking drinks at Apex Temple Court, Fleet Street, 1-2 Serjeants' Inn, London, EC4Y 1AG. They have reserved an area for guests to chat and catch up with Landmark representatives. Arrival is from 3pm, this event will run until 6pm.
39 Essex Chambers
The members of 39 Essex Chambers are delighted to be able (for the first time this year!) to invite you to join them for an “in person networking hub” following the final day of the UKELA Conference.
With endless views across the city skyline, 39 Essex Chambers look forward to welcoming you for drinks, nibbles, and a long overdue catch up from the Rooftop Bar & Terrace of Smiths of Smithfield, 66-77 Charterhouse Street, London, EC1M 6HJ. Arrival is from 3pm, the event runs until 6pm.
Ramboll
Ramboll is delighted to provide an opportunity for virtual and in-person networking following the UKELA conference this year. A number of Ramboll’s technical experts will be present covering topics including biodiversity net gain, net zero, sustainable solutions, health sciences, site solutions, compliance matters and transactional due diligence.
First from 2pm to 3pm join the Ramboll team for virtual networking. Then from 4pm join them at The Oyster Shed, 1 Angel Lane, London, EC4R 3AB, event finishing late.
RSK
RSK Group will be ready and waiting to hear from fellow UKELA members at the end of conference (from 2 – 3pm) for both a social catch up (albeit virtually), and to discuss any potential technical questions. Given the current ebb and flow on COVID numbers, we’ve opted to hold our session virtually. However, we intend on holding an in person event later in the summer, watch this space (or let us know if you'd like to be put on the list for this event.
