A debate on Climate Change Litigation in conjunction with Sykes Environmental

Increasing concerns on Climate Change are leading to a significant increase in litigation globally to reduce carbon emissions and to claim damages. Cases are ongoing across Europe, India and Africa. Litigation is expensive but is it effective? The Debate will highlight current examples and analyse their rate of success.
