The Environmental Rights Centre for Scotland (ERCS) will launch its legal advice service at the beginning of June. Join our Scotland team for this short, informative webinar designed to fit neatly into your lunch break.

You will hear from Inhouse Solicitor Dr Ben Christman about ERCS’s  work and objectives for the coming year.

 

Dr Ben Christman

Ben has recently been  appointed as ERCS’s part-time in-house solicitor. He also works as a solicitor at a law centre in Scotland on housing and human rights law. He wrote the 2018 report for Scottish Environment LINK on the feasibility of setting up the Environmental Rights Centre for Scotland. He has published several articles on environmental law, including a number on access to environmental justice in Scotland. He is a trustee of Planning Democracy and a Member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Access to Justice Committee.
