A First Response to the Environment Bill: The New Body, the Courts and the Future of Environmental Law - 14 January
Join us for a half day conference on Monday 14 January 2019 at 1pm, organised in collaboration with UCL, ClientEarth and WWF for an early chance to discuss and debate the Environment Bill. The programme will consider the role of environmental principles in the Bill, the Bill's potential implications for the courts and tribunals, the nature and role of the new proposed Environmental Body and the implications of all these aspects for the future of Environmental Law across the UK. We have a stellar line up of speakers from across the field, including members of the judiciary and Bar, practitioners, academics, NGOs and representatives from key stakeholders. More details on our events page.
**This event is subject to the publication of an Environment Bill as required by 26 December 2018 under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018
