The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 is important to UK environmental law because much of its environmental law is retained EU law. This new UKELA briefing paper provides an overview of the 2023 Act and its implications for environmental law across the UK. Recommendations for the review and reform of environmental law are given.
